Almond Shake with my Boo. 😂 KB swings for warm up with the @onnit Ape. Spin test with the Bulgarian Bag. The spin test is where you spin the bag by it’s handles overhead 10x to the right, 10x to the left, drop it and do 10 push ups on the bag then repeat as many times as you can for 4 minutes. It totally sucks which means it’s really great. Shake: ½ cup frozen mango, @eatnuttzo seven nut and seed butter, bcaa, maca, dill (yes, dill), hibiscus powder, coconut oil, almond milk, water. Chilling for a minute then getting ready for a day packed with adventure.👟🏀🦄lyglove and Special Sauce.
